Job Description

We are looking for a property caretaker with a sense of service and good manners.

As a property caretaker, you will work during the growing season with tasks such as lawn mowing, trimming, outdoor and indoor rounds, shrub pruning, hedge trimming, weed removal, etc.

In winter, the work involves manual shoveling/sanding, and mechanical snow removal and sanding may also be included, along with rounds.

In your role as a property caretaker, you are responsible for the maintenance quality within the area assigned to you and ensuring that our tenants feel safe in the residential area. To thrive in this role, you should be cheerful, positive, and enjoy working outdoors.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant education in property maintenance or equivalent experience. Experience in handling tool carriers, lawn mowers, and other machines used in property maintenance is an advantage. You should speak good Swedish as it is important for communication within the workgroup and with our tenants. You should be computer literate and have an aptitude for technology and machines.

To achieve results and succeed in the job, you need to be structured, self-driven, and flexible. The work involves many personal contacts and close collaboration with colleagues, so it is important to have good teamwork skills.

For these positions, we place great importance on personal suitability, and since the tasks are physically demanding, you must be in good physical shape to handle the work.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
